Walbro 525 LPH Fuel Pump – High-Performance In-Tank Fuel Pump

The Walbro 525 LPH fuel pump (commonly referenced as F90000285 / Hellcat pump) is a high-flow in-tank fuel pump built by TI Automotive under the Walbro line for demanding high-horsepower applications. It is designed to deliver strong fuel flow and stable pressure for turbocharged, supercharged, and naturally aspirated performance engines. The pump is compatible with gasoline and E85/flex fuel applications, making it popular for street, racing, and upgraded fuel systems. 

It uses DCSS 39/50 technology with a dual-channel turbine blade design, which helps improve hot fuel handling, increase efficiency, and reduce noise compared with more conventional pump designs. It also includes an internal check valve to help prevent fuel pressure bleed-down and reduce extended cranking during startup.
